Whether on business or for pleasure, Frampton Cottage is ideally situated for travellers on the border of North Hampshire and Surrey. Our luxury 4 poster bed and breakfast accommodation backs onto a meadow leading to the Oak Park Golf Course in the historic village of Crondall. Despite the semi rural setting we are within 4 miles of Junction 5 of the M3 and 3 miles from Farnham town centre.

Crondall is a conservation village with many listed buildings (including Frampton cottage).  It is referred to in the 1086 Domesday book and the 12th C Norman church (known as the "Cathedral of North Hampshire") has been well restored and contains brasses back to dates back to 1320.  The nearby country town of Farnham has a wealth of shops and amenities, with the university town of Guildford only 10 miles away.

Our B&B is a convenient base for exploring Surrey, Hampshire and the South Downs. If you're going abroad note that Heathrow Airport is just 45 minutes away by car.

Whatever the reason for your stay, you will be able to get away from it all, yet remain within easy reach of plenty of attractions and the surrounding countryside.

There are three local pubs all serving good food. The Plume of Feathers (dating back to the the 16th century) is 700 yards to the South and the Hampshire Arms (award winning restaurant) is 400 yards to the North. The village also has a local shop, 27 hole golf complex, tennis courts, cricket square and bowling green.

Frampton Cottage dates back to  early 1600 with plenty of low ceilings and beams. Our 4 poster bedroom is on the ground floor in the the "new" part of the house (built around mid 1800 !). It is very spacious with double aspect windows overlooking the garden and has an open log fire if needed.  Also in the room is a sofa, armchair, table and 4 chairs together with colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and trouser press.  The en-suite bathroom has a full size bath and Aqualisa power shower. Wireless internet access is also available.

Our aim is to make your stay an enjoyable and memorable experience and we try to do everything to ensure this is the case.
