Ready to Book?

If you'd like to pay by credit or debit card then you can do so now online (but do please remember to include your required dates). Alternatively you can always give us a call or send us a FAX with your details. Before doing so please note our (very brief) Terms and Conditions:

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit, payable in advance.
  • In the event of cancellation (or shortening of booking) then the following refund policy will apply:
     ∫ under 7 days notice - No Refund
     ∫ under 14 days notice - 25% Refund 
     ∫ under 30 days notice - 50% Refund
     ∫ over 30 days notice - 90% Refund
  • Damages or breakages should be reported to us immediately so they can be rectified as soon as possible.
  • As we are a Bed & Breakfast, rather than a hotel, we request that you arrive between 16.00 and 20.00 and vacate your room by 11.00.  If this doesn't suit, then please talk to Jane to see how best we can meet your needs.
  • For the benefit and peace and quiet of all, no smoking, children or pets are allowed in the house or garden.
